  • Review team deliverables for quality, performance, and adherence to best practices; provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
  • Monitor solution performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency
  • Document architecture, data models, and development standards for ongoing governance and knowledge transfer

Must Have Skills:

  • 10+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (dashboards, reports, DAX, Power Query)
  • Strong experience in data modelling, including star/snowflake schema design for enterprise reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and working with relational databases
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, OneLake, or related components)
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to lead client conversations and manage stakeholder relationships directly
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery and mentor engineering teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT pipelines, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
